If anyone has a UMA Rogers Device working on UMA could you please get me the following listings?

Manage Connections -> Wi-Fi Options -> Select your Profile -> Wi-Fi Diagnostics

Press Menu and go to Options -> Display Mode -> Advance

Under the Wi-Fi Diagnostics UAM section i need all the following in this section or a screenshot please.
