Default Traveler Heart Beat BB settings

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know the correct heart beat or any other settings for in Traveler for BlackBerry 10 devices?

It seems like we have a lot of users loosing connection to active sync mail, the only way to get it back is to do a battery pull that is longer then a minute. If you do just a short battery pull mail will not start again.

Thanks

sounds more like Traveler is stopping after too many connections

i have seen similar in exchange, I have users turn off device for 5 min and then it works again. usually a corrupt contact to calendar item causing exessive sync or for some with too many item in their inbox
