how can i fix my themes problem ?

Im new here i hope someone can help me, i download already a themes for my blackberry pearl mobile , but suddenly , all my themes in the " options "
" theme " window , dissapear ... , ill check in the desktop manager and they still there, but when i go to activate them on the blackberry , they dont appear , so whats going on ?
its for my memory ? i have to do a master reset (how ?)
if anyone knows , ill apreciate , if u can help me with this...
