HI I AM USING MTN SOUTH AFRICA MY 9300 STOPPED WORKING, WHEN I TRY TO MAKE A CALL IT SAYS CALL FAILED. IF I TRY TO SEND SMS IT SAYS RETRIES EXCEEDED. IF I REQUEST BALANCE IT SAYS SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICE ERROR:GENERAL ERROR. IT WONT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET AND MY SIMCARD WORKS ON OTHER FONES PLEASE HELP ME I VE TRIED THE REBOOT SEVERAL TIMES BUT IT WONT WORK

What did you to the device just before this happened?

By "tried the reboot", do you mean a battery pull?

Have you called your cell carrier for tech support?

i was upgrading some apps when thi happened and it must have been the day to renew my BIS. i have called my carrier they said nothing was wrong with my simcard.

i used a reboot app on my fon as well as battery pull to reboot my device.

i am so worried about this pease help
