I'm interested in purchasing an unlocked blackberry 8900 on ebay, what are the pitfalls and or what questions should I ask> Is there anything I need to know about the Pin and the keyboard? If they say ok for at&t is that solid?

The reason I ask is there is a significant disparity in the bidding.

I personally don't advise on purchasing anything over $100 on ebay.

Simple reason is that if ANYTHING is misrepresented, the chances of you getting a refund gets rapidly diminished.

I would advise a person-to-person listing such as craigslist so that you can verify the condition and functionality of the device before parting with your hard-earned money.
