corey

to make the icons invisible just use a clear (transparent background) image for all your "non focus" icons. i used the invisible banner image that someone posted on this thread (a few pages back) and resized it. i have attached the file.

Hi,

No, currently I'm using version 4.0 - I've just tried to search the BB home page for the update but did not find v4.1 for the 7290 - just found the Desktop manager v4.1 but not the FW itself. Any idea where to find it?

Cheers,
Jenda

Love the colts theme

Not a fan of the translucent icons because of the issues with 3rd party applications.

You need OS 4.1 to load these themes. There are a numerous threads here on upgrading in general, as well as to the Hong Kong CSL 4.1 OS, with links to the BB webpages where you download OS 4.1 for the 7290. You also should upgrade to version 4.1 of the desktop manager if you want everything to work properly. Please read the instructions others have posted about this stuff, and also the problems experienced, before trying to do this.

srl7741,

your themes are awesome, however the one thing i have noticed is that you use the "wing" style indicators instead of the "round corner" style indicators for the 8700 themes. I have a theme called insight that came preinstalled on my 8700c that has the rounded corners, it is a cleaner look imho and was wondering how hard it would be to make an 8700c theme with round corners, i have plazmic, but i see that it only gives you a few default starting points...

any thoughts?

I have a thought, we're all awaiting the next release of the Theme Builder, which hopefully will have more options for the banner indicators, Plazmic has not given any estimate on a timefame for this though.

Hope this helps.

I realize after going through the plazmic forums that creating a theme with the curved power/signal bars for the 8700 isnt possible with plazmic

hopefully soon!

WOW.... by far the most fun thread I have seen on this site. Some of you should be very proud of what you created. Great Stuff.

Would anyone be interested in making a Phoenix Suns Theme for an 8700? Arizona Cardinals? Pretty Please

MegaBit..... Can the Alien Theme with the alternate Cingular background be used for the 8700? The only one I found on the site was for the 7100. Do you have an 8700 version?

Again, Awesome job guys (and gals)..... You work (26 pages worth) is astounding.

If some one would like these with normal icons let me know. I have been using a few different themes for about three weeks with no icons till the focus and It has seem to grow on me. I only have 5 3rd party apps and have moved them off the main screen down keep them all together and it has been working ok.
