Hello guys, The title has said it all,I bought a
blackberry z10 from guy which i dont like
the current version 10.3.2 which i gave to a
software technician to downgrade 10.2, few
min later the technician ask fo my blackberry
id which i use to setup my phone which i
can provide becoz the guy who sold it for
me has went aboardplease guy i need ur
help any solution.Sorry for my bad English

once on 10.3.2 you cant go back to a lower OS

the seller has to remove device from protect or its a brick until then
