When I try to download Google Maps, it ask me for my mobile phone number to send me a link by text msg, google always give me a "invalid number" error. And its my correct number, entered like this xxx-xxx-xxxx. I don't get it. Is there another location where I can download it?

And I might as well ask this here, reason I want to use Google Maps is, if I search for "Starbucks" Google maps will show me where there are some starbucks around me while showing me on the map where I am right? The current GSP applicaiton I have installed I can find myself on the map, but when I search for starbucks, it shows me all the starbucks around but not where my location is. When in a different city, roadtrips or just in a part of town I'm not familiar with, I'd like to see where I am along with the closest starbucks.. Google map does this right?

You should be able to download it direct from the m.google.com/maps from your BB browser.

And yes, it will do as you described, showing your location and your search results locations as well.

Thanks guys, but I still cant find a locaiton to download, even when using the BB browser. All I see is this page
