Default BES and Blackberry Connect Contact Sync Problem

I have a new user that has a Motorola Q9h with Blackberry Connect loaded.
Email and Calendar sync fine but contacts do not sync at all.
Anyone have experience with this type of problem on non-RIM hardware?

We have a BES server that I just upgraded to 4.1.5 this week (Contact sync did not work on older version either). This is connected to an exchange 2007 SP1 server.

Do other users have this issue with a BB device or is it just this user with moto q9h?

Just this user. This is the only user that has a non-RIM Blackberry connection. The other users have Blackberry devices and no problems.
