i have a 8320 BB 4.2. OS. when i go to youtube and click watch video, it was not working. it said "a problem occurred while typing to render the page" please help me make it work.
second, when i log in yahoo messenger and it said i have to active at blackberry.com/go/yahoo and do i have to download something? can someone show me the steps.

I've heard you are supposed to use www.m.youtube.com or something like that, and as for the messengers I experienced that same problem. I have TMobile, in order for those messengers to work you must have an internet plan on the BB.

There are problems getting the 8320 and other BBs to work with youtube, check out some other posts to find out. I really couldn't tell you how to fix it past what I have already told you, ask one of the masters haha.

I found after clearing history cache pushed content and cookies then do batt pull it works but every time I want to view a youtube vid I have to do this. Im new to BB and its really annoying!

i dont think that is a good way to make it work. im tired of pull batt. my friend had one like me but he can view video but i cant. i dont wanna give up. please help me out.

For YouTube to work, you have to have OS 4.5 on your BlackBerry. See the stickies at the top of this forum to find the lastest OS for your model.

Ditto, you have to upgrade to OS 4.5 for the 8320 and it works like a charm. I don't watch a lot but occasional will watch and it works fine.
