Can someone explain why a device reactivation is needed after a users mailbox has been moved to another exchange database?
Once the mailbox has been moved the users BB10 device stops receiving emails and its completely wiped all previous emails. Not until I set a new activation password and reactivate does it then pull the mailbox info down again.
I've read these but am not sure it applies as it is in reference to BES 5 and MAPI:
