Ok, I have a BB 8310 from ATT, and the other day I updated the OS, I then tried to get rid of some things, mainly PTT. Then my BB gave me a 523 error. I got it reloaded, but now it's set back to factory settings. I was wondering if there was a way to get back my contacts, as the factory settings wiped everything out. Pix, vids, themes. Can anyone here help me. If not thanks for the response in advance.

I got all my stuff back. I managed to keep my old DTM v5.0 and restored from an older OS. All my contacts, tasks, memos and pix. This is great.
