Has Anyone tried Border's EBooks?

I am leaving for a cruise. Can I load the books in entirety before going on ship?

Yes, you can download the entire book(s). The software stores them on the media card.

Good to know. I ended up just getting a global plan for the week for about the same price as a book or two.

Let us know how you like the eBook app. I am a big reader, but I do prefer a paper book.

Plus the BB Screen is a bit small to read a book on in my opinion, maybe a job for the Storm 2

I found most if not all tech people were using the Kindle on the ship. I am not sure how successful the BB will be in this area.

I am a big fan of my nook for reading books. It is easier to add books from multiples sources (B&N, Borders, Library, etc) than the kindle.

I have not yet installed the reader on my bb. I don't much like reading email or web pages on the small screen. I can't imagine reading for leisure on it.

It may be worth installing for the free coffee though
