Good question!

Not a high priority for RIM! Email and productivity are.

I think they will ultimately

i have no issues with the media player on the device, plays quite a few different types of media. (well, i do have 2 issues. one, why the heck doesnt the demo video play in full screen when you test it??? that one really bugged me. second, no a2dp for video). That being said the interface of the flipside media player is very nice, and they continue to do a fantastic job improving it

Flipside is great, but have any of you had problems with it not supporting BT remote control? Is it just me? I can't seem to get the pause/ff/rw to function from my BT headphones when using Flipside.

Sith, I second the no a2dp on video. I heard a rumor that it will be fixed when 4.5 comes but that will not be for a while.

The 4.5 OS's I've seen do not have video A2DP.
