Default Remove Att Setup From Q 10

Please Login to Remove!

I have an unlocked ATT Q 10, it is unlocked and works fine on T-mobile except that it does not support wireless calling as the phone still has the ATT Personality or Firmware or what not.

I would like to remove the ATT Factory Setup so I can then make it a t-mobile phone.

Thank you

Two very good detailed explanations of how to do the removal of the carriers id.
READ both to fully understand what is needed depending on your needs.
The links below are for older models but the reload for the OS from another carrier will still involve some of the items mentioned. READ before doing anything.

Doing some additional investigation on wireless calling ( assumption via WIFI ), not all carriers support it. ATT does via a separate device called a microcell. This allows calling over WIFI to the internet using any cell phone that has wifi capability. Newer phones support direct calling via wifi but limits are on those. your service or phone may not support the ability. Generally android and new IOS phones can.
T-mobile requires an app to be downloaded from their site to support the WIFI calling.
