Hello, we have currently 80 blackberry devices, all are Curve 9360's as standard, however we seem to be having signal dropouts with around 10 of the devices, we have tried reverting from 3g to 2g, and setting the network to automatic, however it seems we are still having this problem, sometimes the selected 10 phones will crash in the middle of a call and then reset themselfs...
Has anyone had this before? we are around 40 days into our Orange contract, so the phones arnt exactly old...
Can anyone help?
