Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
Is there anyway to see a log of which application caused my screen to go white with an application error?

For me nothing was gone, but it just reset. The only thing i was running in the background at that time was Windows Live Messenger and Blackberry msngr. Maybe the browser was running as well.

Happened to me twice already. I was thinking of returning the phone. The first time it locked up only half the screen went white and the phone froze. The screen was equally divided so I pulled the battery and everythng seemed fine. Then the other day, i think I was inbetweein pin messanger, internet browser and address book, the phone just shut down and reset itself. I have also had to pull the battery out today because for whatever reason I was not able to browse the net until I pulled the battery. I had already cleared out all cache but the battery removal worked best. I upgraded from a pearl hoping that I wouldn't have these issues but its the same thing again.

I had this happen last week. I experienced a drop where the back cover and battery popped off. About an hour later I was playing texas hold-em and the screen went white. I powered off and on and then all was fine.

I'll have to remember to look at the log next time this happens.

How do I find out what caused the crash? Is UIE Focus: Target lost something that caused the crash, in that case its the Messenger, but other than that the log is long, finding the exact crash would be like finding a needle in a hay stack

johnnyp500,

If you cant physically see the app crash there, maybe go into options > advanced options > applications > and then look for the apps that are in bold font.

I'm pretty sure the apps that are listed in bold font are the ones that are not fully compatible with the Bold. Maybe try and remove the app[s] one by one to see which one is crashing it...
