*edit* How does one delete those 2 apps from Blackberry? Desktop Manager can't remove it as it doesn't "see" the software I just installed.
Thanks.

Updated main post to reflect all results reported so far.

The TurtleBerry 7750 establishes itself again as the true TurtleBerry.
What a slow model the 7750 is! The new 7250 is a whopping 5 times faster than 7750 in JBenchMark2!

Unfortunately, the GSM/GPRS 7290 is only half the speed as the CDMA 7250! This indicates it's probably not using the same chip...

Mark, I agree, the 7290 must not be using the same chip or it is not running at the same clock speed. I noticed on the ARM9 processor specifications that their are two versions of the core, one at .13micron and one at .18 micron. The former has a minimum speed of 250MHz and the latter 200MHz. Could be they use different cores depending on when the chip set was made? Alternatively, they may use a different chip set alltogether.

Benchmark 2 seems the more reliable and dependable with the smallest range of results. I would tend to trust it as a better indicator of real performance. Any thoughts?
