Smile Storm - html in e-mails

Please Login to Remove!

I love my Storm! Really happy I bought it. I can't get any pictures in my e-mails. I thought receiving pictures was possible with the Storm. Am I wrong? Can anyone give me advice?

Wirelessly posted (8310; RammerJammer!)

Enable HTML in your Messages Options > email settings.

Once you enable the HTML in the settings and you receive an email with HTMl in it, while viewing it you have to go into the menu and select get images. Once you do that for an address every time you get an email from that address the images will download without having to select get images again.

I don't seem to have the HTML option...I'm guessing my BES doesn't support this? Any way to check?

I don't have the html option either. I second the question if this is a setting controlled by the BES.

If you're on BES, then whether you get html emails is dependent on your BES administration to upgrade the BES to the version that supports html emails.

Thanks, I'll shoot them a note and see what's up.
