Question BES: additional CALS

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

We are located in Australia which means we cannot purchase additional CALS for BES off blackberry.com (only available to North America / Canada) which doesn't make sense to me given electronic delivery is possible.

Is there an inherent LEGAL difference between CALS purchased over here vs U.S.

Say, for sake of argument, if I bought a package off eBay or an , are there legal limitations in terms of its use geographically? So, for example, the CAL is licenced to users who reside in U.S.A. / Canada only?

Reason I ask is because as usual, the product is being sold at a more expensive price here is significantly more expensive (even after exchange rate andGoods & Services Tax).

Cals = Worldwide use

SRP Info will only be effected if used previously, i.e. Which RIM Relay they were first connected to.

I did an install a few months ago for a Company in the Netherlands with the SRP and Cals purchase from Oz, worked a charm (as I new it would :P).
