Hi,
Maybe someone can help me on this:
I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Found and installed the new v5.0.1.28 of the Blackberry Desktop Software. Everything works fine if I sync via USB cable. But, if I try the Bluetooth connection, the Desktop Software remains in shadow like waiting on something from the BB.
It does recognize the BB over Bluetooth and asks me if I wish to connect that way. But as soon as I click on Ok it just stays on the "processing" little window over the Main Menu. After a while it gives a timeout error.
I checked for updates, under the Help option, but apparently it's up to date.
Any ideas? Should I "downgrade" the Desktop Manager to a previous version? If so, which one would work under 64-bit?
