Default Standard vs. Automatic Playlist?

Please Login to Remove!

I just loaded songs on my device and I was sorting them out by creating playlists. However, before creating a new one my Blackberry prompts me to select either Standard or Automatic playlist. What's the difference? Please define in terms other than "Standard" or "Automatic."
