Does anyone know of a good exchange hosting company that is mac friendly. My company used Entourage with a mix of blackberry and iphones that also need to be hooked up. My primary concern is to get global address books working on entourage and the phones. I have asked a few places and it seems they don't support global address books and entourage.

You are going to have trouble with that because Entourage uses LDAP to access the GAL, which no one is going to allow through a firewall.... You need this pice of software and it will work fine with any hosting provider:

The new iPhone/Touch with OS v2.0 supports Activesync which allows for OTA GAL lookups.
