Default calendar sync issues

Please Login to Remove!

I have had several reports to me recently of users having problems with their calendar syncing from their BB to outlook. I also have a few users who say that if they have appts cancelled, and removed from outlook, they are not removed from their BB.

I am assuming I have a free busy problem or something of that nature.

BES 4.1.5.26 and exchange 2007.

Any thoughts on how I can resolve this, my company didnt feel the need to get a tsupport account, so I have no support with RIM..

What versions of CDO are on exchange and BES?

Also would be good to goto SP6 and MR5.

Thanks for the reply.

On both exchange servers and the BES the cdosys.dll file is 6.5.6757.0
I was planning on installing sp6 and MR5 this weekend.

The new MR6 has an item for calendar synchronization, though it says performance issues with problems with the MAPI profile. At least for BB->Exchange calendar sync, it could also be a Global Catalog issue. It was removed from one of our AD servers and we had that same symptom, even though from the BES logs it picked up another box that had the catalog. We put the catalog back and within 15 minutes the issues were gone.
