Hello all,
I have an 8830 and am trying to use ramble im on it but is does not work 99% of the time. It just stays on the logging in please wait screen.The version of ramble i am using is 0.9.10.8 and the blackberry version is v4.2.2.66

any assistance would be great...

i have used ramble many times just make sure that the setting for the network is set up like the access point login and password is set up also once thing you should know about ramble is that it will log you off every 5 ten mins if you dont us it thats why i truned to jivetalk

I, too, recommend JiveTalk if you do a lot of IM'ing. I haven't used Ramble before but have seen posts about people sometimes having issues. I rarely have issues with JiveTalk and, if I do, they are usually resolved quickly.
