BES does not correctly update Display As field in Outlook

Just sent this email off to BlackBerry Support... Anyone else experience this issue? I have verified this at 5 different BES sites so far. (Microsoft Exchange and BES, haven't tested it with other platforms.)

I’d like to point out a bug in BES 4.x. I have tons of clients on BES, all on 4.x and each server has this issue. It’s not critical, but it does cause confusion for everyone.
As tested and verified using a BlackBerry with 4.1 or 4.2 software connected to a BES 4.x box:
When a contact has more than one email address and you remove the first email address the second email address will take the place of the first email address. The “Display As” field in Outlook will not be replaced, thereby showing the old Display As value from the original email address.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup and connect BES 4.x and BlackBerry 4.1 or 4.2.
2. Create a contact in Outlook with more than 1 Email address. (Both addresses should be different.)
a. Note the Display As values created by Outlook. If they are not different, make them different by including the email address in the Display As field.
3. From the BlackBerry, remove the first email address from the list.
4. Review the contact in Outlook. You will notice the Display As fields were not updated correctly.
