[CW1989]

Just got an unlocked Storm on this week. I am as newbie as newbie can get to the Blackberry. I can text just fine, but I can't call out. When I do, I get a message saying "congestion", and all calls in go directly to my VM. I called AT&T yesterday and they thought maybe I needed to do a master reset?? They didn't have the instructions on how to do it for a Storm though. Is that the problem??

I just got the phone, so I have no idea what software or anything is loaded on it. I haven't done anything with it except put my sim card in it and play around with it. Like I said, I can text fine, and it finds the AT&T network on 2G.

How do I fix this?? Please explain it to me in as newbie language as possible. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
