My bb 8520 get stuck on white loading bar when i turn it on, i have take dbattery in and out with no luck, am trying to flash it but it gives error when "wating device initialization" ask me to reconect it :(


any help please?

Not 100% sure if I've got the right end of the stick here but I'll try my best.

1) Have you tried to pull the battery out while the bb is switched on?
2) If its asked you to 'Reconnect it' Then Re-Connect it.

If those solutions don't work then call BlackBerry support. (You can find their number for your region on there website)
