Default Old Incoming/outgoing calls erased from log

Please Login to Remove!

On random days I will see all my previous incoming/outgoing calls and text messages go away. When I goto mail or phone the whole list is empty.

I have it set to record all messages and calls.

Has anyone else experienced this?

How do I fix this?

How much free memory is available on the BlackBerry (Options / Status).
After you do that, pop the battery out and in and check again.

File Free: 6,885,451 Bytes
File Total: 47,841,280 Bytes

I would think the length of time of messages would delete the oldest messages first and not all the messages.

My call logging is set for all calls. Where is the section where you set the length of time the messages are kept?

That's not a lot of memory - have you deleted excess languages that you are not using?

Does anyone know how to do this on Verizon 8830? The instrustions normally send you to application list. The languages are definitely not on the list for the Verizon 8830.

Oops. That's beacuae I opted for the setup to delete them with initial setup. I have a similar amount of memory free. The only thing I cna think of is that I should put the 6 pictures I have on my 8830 onto an SD card. Seems crazy to me that this has happened a couple times already after owning the phone 2 weeks (the deleted phone log that is)
