Default pop up: Available memory is low. To free memory, use the setup wizard to delete unuse

Please Login to Remove!

hello,
Yesterday I installed the Aqua theme from mobile.blackberry.com.

Some time later I got a popup:
"Available memory is low. To free memory, use the setup wizard to delete unused display languages"

I never saw this on my 8300 Curve before and RIM told me that this is not included and hard to implement.

Does anybody know if this comes from the Aqua theme or if this is included in the Device OS (v4.2.2184 ; 2.5.0.40)? Never saw that before.

I had 750k free.

Best, Scr_ooge

Don't know about the pop up, but I think it would be wise for you to free up some memory. See:

Wirelessly posted (8700g)

Not surprising the hard reset released some memory. FYI there seems to be no clear threshold. If you are doing fine with that (not losing data), good. Just be aware (see links and faq) and keep an eye on it.

At 4.5mb Free, I would not go cruising the internet! Many have lost alot with just under 10mb Free. 4.5mb free is not good!

I still do not think that 4.5mb Free is OK.

Have you used the setup wizzard to delete all unused languages?

Have you deleted all programs you are not using?

It is up to you to decide what to keep and what to delete.

There is also a sticky on how to max your memory, have you read it?
