indian service providers are not in the list given by you.. The service is present but not good.. i have os 4,, i am thinking to upgrade..

There is no OS 4.1 for the 7230. The lastest is 4.0.x.x.

No, they don't.
Different model number, different architecture, different OS.

7210, 7230, 7280 share an OS.
7100 and 7105 share an OS.

None of the 88xx or 83xx share OS.
