Default Cannot view my sent email text on my 7250

Please Login to Remove!

I am able to view my sent items in my blackberry inbox, however when I want to recheck what I sent to someone I cannot see my text. Instead I see this:

When I create and send an e-mail and read it on my blackberry - it doesn't display the e-mail - it only says;

---------------more available 9840 bytes---------------------------

Anyone know what causes this and how to fix it? I am using a blackberry 7250 with the latest device software and desktop managment software

Are these items sent from Outlook? When I view sent items sent from the BB I see full text - I see the same message you posted when they are items I sent from Outlook...I click and choose get more or more all (whichever one it says) and the text populates

I get this problem when I send via my blackberry device. I have rebooted, taken the battery out done an Enterprise Activation. It's fine when I send from outlook however. It has only started doing this recently when we upgraded the software for our devices on our network

Hi,
this is indeed not a default behavior. This is okay for mails that you sent from the desktop, but from the BB..
I would try to replace the Servicebook Desktop[CMIME]

This has to do more with the size of the actual email itself. I'm not sure of the threshold, but I know when I send from either my desktop (Lotus Notes) or my BB. If it's a short message it appears, but if it's a large message or has an attachement I get the same message. You can either click the scroll wheel and select More All from the menu, or go into your Message, go to Options > General Options > Auto More > Yes. Then when you open a send or received email when you scroll to the bottom it will automatically download the rest of the document.
