My BB bold has created new emails accounts which are not my accounts and I can’t not delete those accounts on the emails settings. I managed to delete those account on service book but I am still receiving emails. Which mostly are junk mails?

My provider can not trace that account on their system so they can’t help. I haven’t register BIS yet. Please help !

it was not used phone, n i did not have those two new email accounts before. i have been using this phone from Jul 09 n i didnt ve this problem bfr.

I don't know how the BB could automatically generate two email accounts. Sounds very strange to me, especially if they are not also showing in your BIS account.

Can you provide more info? What sort of accounts are they? Can yuo see the ISP? Are they related to an app perhaps? Could the messages you are getting be related to SMS, or IM or BBM?

one of the account is yahoo, i dont remember the other one as i have delete on my service book

i have delete all the emails, and does not associates with any other application i current have in my BB.

it happen when i connect my Bb to my pc as mass storage when i disconnet that when i realize i have those 2 new accounts...

Ahh, maybe it was sync with your accounts on your compter

Might but am not realy good on IT so I don't know what to do.I scan my BB but no virus was ditected

I just hope it won't ruin my BB or start sending spams to my address book
