So I used to use the Mail Connector through my BIS to access my Exchange Email at work. With that being discontinued, I moved to the BlackBerry Desktop Redirector. Here are my questions, I tried to search but found limited answers.

1. Can meeting requests be set to come through as meeting requests instead of just a text email?
2. Can the Redirctor push attachments through?
3. I know that there is an option to reconcile messages on sync but is that the only way? No over the air?
4. Lastly, if i reply to a message via the blackberry, it shows in my sent mail but wont mark the reply on the message itself. This just hte nature of using the redirector?

Thanks in advance. Hopefully I will have a work specific Blackberry on the BES soon.

Limitations of the Redirector include (as quoted from BlackBerry Search Results ):

Email message attachments cannot be received.

Wireless organizer data synchronization or email message reconciliation is not available.

So the answer to points 2 and 3 are definitly "no". Point 4 is related to message reconciliation so I think you're stuck there as well.

Outlook uses text/vCalendar S/MIME types to send meeting requests. Redirector doesn't support S/MIME (taken from the same technical doc linked in my last post).
