How can I notify my application when a new email arrives?
Plzzz help me its urgent....

You'll need to create a class which implements FolderListener. Look through the Blackberry samples, and the Knowledgebase, there are several examples of how to do this.

I've created such class and whenever I send an email it notifies me because a new email arrives in outbox folder.but I dont know how I can configure the emulator to receive the incoming emails.
Will u plzzzz tell me the way I can configure it for incoming mails??????

your posts would be nicer to read if you write in standard english.

you have to add the folderlistener to the inbox, not the outbox (or all folders)

Sorry Simon.......for my bad english.....
I've added the folder listener.
My problem is that my emulator is not able to get any incoming email.I mean the default message box does not contain any email which belongs to inbox.So first I need to configure the emulator for receiving the incoming mails.but I dont know how....
Can you tell me ????
or give me any link containing articles related to this topic........

The Developer Knowledgebase contains an article with sample source code. Go to BlackBerry - BlackBerry Developer Program | Support, Downloads, Knowledge Base, Community, select "Developer Support", find the link for the knowledgebase, and search for "FolderListener".
