Default Blackberry 8320 Cure F: Drive/Roxio Help!!!

whenever i connect my blackberry to my computer... i try to access the F drive, which is the blackberry but it always gives me an error. Also, when i connect it to the blackberry desktop manager it shows that it is connected but when i open up the media manager, roxio says it not connected or mostly i get the message saying my phone has not aurthorized the pc?!?!

what am i suppose to do... is anyone else having the same problem? i want to transfer some music/pics to my phone and move some pics from my phone to my computer!

Is the BB is Mass Storage Mode? It needs to be is MSM. See your manual on how to implement that.

how do i change the mode... thats what i think its on right now!

I'm having the same issue as well. And i have MSM turned on too.
I have 2 curves. One woks perfectly fine, one doesnt :(

And both have the exact same settings for the MSM :(
