I have been looking at this forum for a few weeks, but finally signed up!
I am a desktop support officer for a london borough, but did some work with the blackberries a few times, and in september, when our usual blackberry person went on maternity leave, I took over for the moment
so I currently configure all new bb's, and sort out any problems with existing ones.
I use blackberry manager and the desktop redirector, so do various bits and pieces on the manager, though it was our server guys who actually manage the bes and the sql databases
