I've been looking around for a answer but havent found much on this. I will select the wifi option for opera 4.2 and it will work. The issue is when I get out of opera and restart it, the wifi option is no longer selected. Do you have to check this each and every time or is there a way to keep the wifi always selected/on?

It should stay selected. Have you tried a battery pull and see if the option stays selected?

yes, it always goes back to being unselected. I change the option, 'save' and its fine until I get out and go back into the program.

Has this always been the issue or was it something that just started happening recently?

One option might be to delete and reinstall the program.

Another thing: do you have a BB data plan?
