Hi guys,

I am new to blackberry. I just got a 9700 Bold and I like it. My only issue is that the mic is too weak/low which makes my voice sound muffled for people listening on the otherside of the line. I am getting comments like "excuse me can you raise your voice.. your voice is too far ..etc".
Is my device defected or is there a solution?

Sounds like a defect. I have the 9700 and have been using it for a few days now, without any issue, and great phone quality.
