Don't you thing that since there is a problem, they should stop selling them until the fix is complete. Maybe its just me, but if I was selling something and I knew of a problem, I would stop selling until I could fix the problem. I will see tomorrow when I get it if I have the same problem. If I do, I will very interested to see your results and what they are going to do for people who have the problem cases.

Thanks for the info.

Thats up to them if they want to stop selling them, I got one to test and thats what I am doing, as are most of the rest that have them on these forums. I think if I had read all of this information that has been posted here on these forums I wouldnt have ordered one if it were me or atleast called and canceled my order.

I just got the replacement holster i will give it a whirl tomorrow and get back on the results they shrunk the holster and added some ribs the bottom of the cup. I still say it needs side guards to make sure it gets into the holster correctly. But we will certainly see what happens.

After reading this entire thread it was like a roller coaster going up and down in anticipation of what looked like a quality product trying to extend the life of the BB. I work in tech support and I go around fixing computer problems all day so I'm constantly using my 7510 all the time. I've bumped it and dropped it many a time but it really takes a beating. Hopefully, you can enlighten us with the upgrades they have made.

Well it was a nice try for spec but after only having it on for an hour I am removing it and going back to my trusty leather case again. It still doesnt seat well in the clip if you dont get it just right its gone as it was on the other one. If you dont get it set right it doesnt go to sleep either. You get in the car and bump it against anything and it falls out. Side guards of some sort will be the only way to fix these issues. Thanks for trying Amy and the folks at spec. Looks like I am going to be stuck using the leather case for the duration.

Has anyone gotten one of these for the 7520 recently? did they make any improvements to the holster? One of our VPs has one for his Treo650 and it looks and works Great (No holster though, he carries his in his pocket). I have been looking for a new case that would offer some protection to my BB and i thought this one would do it but after these reviews i am not so sure.

Here's the link!
I'll send some samples to the forum incase they'd like to do a review of the ruggedized ToughSkin line.

I'm also looking for a few user reviewers- so if you're interested please check out our developer's forum on this site- I'll have the details posted shortly

thanks again!
