Working perfectly...except for the fact that it won't allow me to connect via bluetooth. It asks me repeatedly if I would like to connect to DM via bluetooth. No matter how many times I click 'Yes'...it keeps asking. Device Manager shows it connected via bluetooth. I deleted its bluetooth profile and reconnected...still nothing.

Any ideas?

Sometimes deleting the BT settings from the PC and phone and re-pairing the devices helps
I dont know that its the update because mine works fine, and i have had that problem with blackberryS in the past.

I've always had that problem with bluetooth between my BB and my computer. If Desktop Manager isn't running, it constantly connects and disconnects. It's happened with all OS's I've tried so I figure it's my bluetooth in my computer.

Hmm...bluetooth had been working great for the 3-4 OSs on my 8100 and on my previous 3 OSs on my current 8120. Oh well...I'll keep troubleshooting. Thanks.

I believe i'm running 4.5.0.102. I've tried to update to .139, but BB Desktop never prompts me to install. Doable?

Thanks,
Erik

.139 is the same as .102

.139 refers to the package version
.102 refers to the applications version

Thumbs up

This new firmware is very stable,

My phone used to reboot in the middle of a call every other day, sometimes several times in a row. Now six day after the installation, not a single reboot. Solid as a rock.

Great stuff.

I'm getting the same thing. I am going to have to downgrade to version .55 because I can't afford to miss calls just in case they happen to be really important.

call me crazy, but i don't think the OS is causing you to miss calls. it's probably your reception, especially if it's only happening when you are at one specific place.

I had full reception via a T-Mobile Linksys router so I'm not sure if I can blame reception on this one.

Default error 507

I download this OS and tried to install in my BB 8120 and after 40 min +/-, the Destop Manager lost the connection. I decide to disconnect and connect againg from the USB port and error 507 display in my BB. I also made a Hard reset taking off the battery and same error. Any Help?

No, this is a Multilanguage version, which doesn't include Chinese.

We specifically state when the OS includes any East Asian languages.
