ok, Im new to the Blackberry game, so I need some assistance =)

So what I need to know is how can I get a ringtonne onto my 8700r?
what the max size and what is the filetype my blackberry will accept?
I know this is more of a business tool, but these ringtones are shit, I wouldnt mind putting a sample from a good song on here.

Please give me any info possible, thanks guys
