Swipe from the top and choose Redeem. Type "FALLAPPS" all caps, no quotes for free apps (Up to 25.00 worth of selected BB10 and BlackBerry Premium Apps)

How to download Photo Studio Pro - If you try redeeming the app from App World the first time, it will give you an error about the key missing. Exit out of the voucher redeeming and search for "Photo Studio Pro", it will list as $3.99, but if you tried to get the free copy, you will be allowed to download the app for free, disregard the price and just click on the button, the app will download and install.

Can enter the redeem code and get the listing of the apps that it applies to, but when I go in to any one of them, the green download button (which shows "$9.99" stroked out and "Free" next to it in SlickTasks, for example) is all greyed out!

Even when I search for these apps without the redemption code, the purchase button, which show the full price, without any discount/free, is still greyed out...

I am trying this from in Canada (Edmonton, Alberta). I am on a Z10 with Software Release 10.1.0.4181 and OS Version 10.1.0.4633. What might be wrong???

I get a note that the promotion has ended already, so I am not sure. I thought we had until October 31st.
