I think I read in one of Ascendo's threads, that you would be able to move the application to another device. Either with their help or with Handango's. I think it was in the announcement of Data Vault 4. Check that one. |

I'm even more glad I didn't pay for Datavault. Its nice to have a free option that will sync to a desktop. |

Well, it's no longer free, but they do have it on sale for $22.46. Maybe that would help a little. 
I can't help but wonder how many other applications have they put up that I would've wanted. I think they've been doing this for about two months. |

yep, just bit the bullet and bought it. also wasted 5 bucks on the download security, but i figured since our office is moving to another building in a few months, it'd be worth it. |

Save yourself some hard earned $$$ - just sign up for a GMail account, then email the downloads to that account for safe keeping (as file attachments). That way if you ever need it again, there it is. 2gig (or 4gig now I think) is a LOT to store BB softwares in GMail, can't imagine you'd ever use it all... |

Have you been going to Handango during this run? I wanted to know of some of the other applications they offered and how long it's been going for. I'm thinking it was about two months ago when I first saw their Free App Friday banner. |

I don't recall it being every Friday, it may have been and I missed a few.
DataVault was probably the most price app I have seen free, some others were less interesting games, etc.
But it is a nice and gracious deal from Handango... two-thumbs-up!

Thanks. I could've sworn that I had read a thread about a game of some sort being given away on this board. It was a few weeks ago, I tried to go back and find it, but I couldn't. I just assumed that was the type of stuff that they'd be giving away on a regular basis and just put the whole thing out of my mind. Perhaps, they weren't getting enough traffic with the rinky dink games and decided that they'd have to step it up for it to make an impact.

I have been going to Handango during every Friday to check out what apps I could download for free. So far I visited Handango for 4 weeks, and I downloaded 3 apps.

I think Handango has free app on Friday for different platform for each week. I recalled the week before last week was a Win Mob App.
