pardon me for the post, but I searched and found too many responses and not narrow enough.

My 7130e was wiped using JL Commander and I installed new OS about a month or so ago. The device locks at two minutes and the option to change that time is locked out???

Is this device connected to a corporate BlackBerry server? If not, you can follow these easy steps to remove the IT Policy:
