i just bought an 8700c off ebay and it came with a password so i put it in 10 times. what do i do when its done erasing itself?

!!!actually now i have a diffrent problem. i had an IT policy so i thought that by going to settings-and wiping the device it would remove the policy. now its scrubbing. what does that mean? and will it remove the IT policy???

i tried that and it says is not recognized as an internal or external command and then it doesnt work
