To the OP -- you almost got the theme posting requirements right this time, but could you please add the OS? What OS(s) does your theme work for? 4.3, 4.5 or ? Please add that to your post.

To the OP,

Please check that your models and operating systems (OS) are correct.
You've posted the OS incorrectly for the 9000 and the 95xx models:

Model(s) and OS:95xx For OS v4.5
Model(s) and OS:9000 For OS v4.5

There is no OS v4.5 for those models. There never was an OS 4.5 for those models. The 9000 was released with OS 4.6 and the 95xx was released with OS 4.7. This concerns me that you don't seem to really know what OS these themes are compatible with.
