Default Message Limit On Handheld?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a point where a handheld will stop receiving new email messages? When the device fills up would it just start deleting the old messages to make room for the new ones?

Yes, old messages will be automatically deleted to make room for the new one. By default, the handheld automatically removes any message after its 30 days old, unless you mark it as a saved message.

But i assume if you change the settings on the handheld to

'Keep Messages' = 'forever'

then it will not delete emails automatically after 30 days?

yes this is true, we are currently experiencing this issue regardless of the setting set to forever.
