@beckr2 Users don't just disappear from a BES without some sort of action (typically an administrator) removing their accounts. I've built and administered countless BES servers over the years across several different environments and have never seen a case where there was no legitimate explanation for a user's removal. In these rare occurrences where users have "disappeared", the user account had either been removed from the BAS console itself or directly from the config DB. Like
freakinvibe said, I would confirm whether those user records still exist in the DB if/when this occurs again. Beyond that, you may need to audit your fellow admins
