I want my phone to ring in and out of holster but everything else to vibrate. I went into the vibrate profile and adjusted it that way but it still wont ring....i had to create a new profile and vibrate everything except the phone......what am I missing?

Kinda surprised you missed this since there has been tons of threads on this same subject...do a search...but to answer your quesion, currently right now the profiles are all set to be like each other...meaning u set one up, the other one is gonna be the same...it was the same way with the Storm's OS and who knows if they will fix it with the next OS for the Tour. For now, stick with the custom profiles...
